At the end of your trial, you'll be asked to enter payment details to continue. If you don't subscribe, your account is paused — no data is deleted. You can reactivate any time by choosing a plan.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period. No penalties or hidden fees.
No. All plans include free onboarding and setup. Enterprise customers get a dedicated customer success manager at no additional cost.
Active patients are those currently going through your treatment program (screening, intake, consultation, or on an active prescription). Discharged or inactive patients don't count toward your limit.
Yes. Every RxRamp customer receives a signed BAA as part of onboarding. Our infrastructure is SOC 2 Type II certified and fully HIPAA compliant.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Enterprise customers can pay via ACH or wire transfer. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Yes. You can cancel from your dashboard — no phone calls or emails required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period with no early termination fees.
Your patient data is retained for 90 days after cancellation per HIPAA retention requirements. You can request a full data export at any time. Enterprise customers can negotiate custom retention periods.
